Our mission is to make our allergy friendly cookies and treats so good you would never “no” that they have no gluten, no dairy, no eggs, no tree nuts, no soy, and no refined sugar.

What Types of flour do you use?

We use organic, gluten free, Tiger Nut flour. Our cookies are baked in a gluten free kitchen. 

What are Tiger Nuts? Are they a tree nut?

No! Tiger nuts are a tuber and not part of the tree nut family. Tiger Nuts are AIP compliant.

How do I bake my cookies?

We recommend using parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 350 for 8-11 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before moving them from the pan.
